Matt Munson is a CEO and Executive coach with Sanity Labs, a boutique leadership coaching firm he founded in 2019 that provides coaching to dozens of venture backed and bootstrapped companies. Matt draws on his own experience as a venture-backed CEO as well as a variety of coaching disciplines to help others navigate the perilous journey of leadership and organization building. 

Prior to his coaching work, Matt co-founded Twenty20, the world's largest crowd-sourced commercial image catalog, where he served for 7 years as CEO until the company's exit in early 2019. Prior to Twenty20, Matt helped build and sell two other companies in advertising and digital media. Matt studied at INSEAD and was a 2004 Olympic hopeful. Matt currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife, two children, and his Boston Terrier, Kiley.
